Beachcomber Hot Tubs are built to last. That’s why we offer a straight forward guarantee against any defects in materials or workmanship to the original owner. We believe in worry free ownership, not fine print. Your Beachcomber Hot Tub arrives with three guarantees, each one covering a separate part of the hot tub.

• LIFETIME STRUCTURAL GUARANTEE

We guarantee the original owner that the structural laminated composition of your hot tub will always hold water and will never leak. If it does leak we will repair it at our expense.

• FIVE YEAR TOTAL SURFACE GUARANTEE

We guarantee to the original owner, that the hot tubs acrylic finish, will be free from defects, or it will be repaired at our expense, for 5 years from the date of delivery.

• TWO YEAR EQUIPMENT GUARANTEE

We guarantee to the original owner, that the hot tub equipment including heater, pump, plumbing, jetting, controls, motor and heatshield cover, will be repaired at our expense for 2 years from the date of delivery. This 2 year guarantee also includes factory installed AquaCoustic Surround Sound system.

• There is only one condition attached to the above guarantees: the hot tub must not have been subjected to any wilful abuse, neglect or misuse during the period of coverage.
